At Rinpoche’s heartfelt request, His Holiness Drikung Kyabgon Chetsang Rinpoche bestowed this auspicious date for the consecration. Rinpoche expounded that the consecration of a monastery allows the blessings and light of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to illuminate both the monastery and all practitioners, bringing auspiciousness to all.
In order to propagate the Dharma and benefit sentient beings, His Eminence Vajra Guru Rinchen Dorjee Rinpoche, despite being over 70 years old, generated vast bodhicitta and undertook the great responsibility of building a monastery to preserve and transmit the Dharma lineage.
