Hevajra Empowerment Teachings in Jangchubling, 2005
In November, 2005, a Hevajra empowerment puja was conducted by H.H. Drikung Kyabgon Chetsang Rinpoche in Jangchubling, India. The teachings lasted 1 month and 200 disciples of the Glorious Jewel Buddhist Center, with rare merits and causes, were able to attend the first 3 days of the teachings.
200 disciples of the Glorious Jewel Buddhist Center paid a visit to the Songtsen Library, and were oriented section by section by the library curator himself. The disciples received the VIP treatment, thanks to Rinchen Dorjee Rinpoche’ sponsorship of the monastery and the library on behalf of the Glorious Jewel Center.
During the one-month long teachings, Rinchen Dorjee Rinpoche was among the six privileged great rinpoches, including His Holiness Taglung Shabdrung Rinpoche, to offer on behalf of all and to receive the empowerment.
With rare merits and causes, 200 disciples of the Glorious Jewel Buddhist Center were able to attend the first 3 days of the teachings.

The faith of the local tour guides grew immensely and prayed for the blessings of Rinchen Dorjee Rinpoche. One by one, Rinpoche granted their wishes.

After having dinner at the hotel, Rinchen Dorjee Rinpoche reminded the disciples that the helps of vajra yidams were needed on one’s path to enlightenment. Therefore, the disciples ought to cherish the fortune of having received the empowerment and exert themselves to put Buddhist teachings into practice.
