His Eminence Rinchen Dorjee Rinpoche will lead more than 200 disciples of the Glorious Jewel Buddhist Center to the Jangchubling Monastery in Dehra Dun, India, to participate the Long Life Puja and Mandala Offering to His Holiness the Drikung Kyabgon Chetsang on February 24 and 25, 2013.
His Holiness the Drikung Kyabgon Chetsang has graciously accepted the request of the Drikung Kagyu Institute and all the Drikung Kagyu disciples around the world. The disciples have come out with the sincere devotion to make a Long Life Puja and Mandala Offering to His Holiness for long life and to remain with us in the form of blissful Vajra as a source of peace and happiness for countless sentient beings.
His Holiness the Drikung Kyabgon Chetsang is the Three Grace Root Guru of Rinchen Dorjee Rinpoche. In order to repay the benevolent teachings of His Holiness who compassionately granted permission, Rinchen Dorjee Rinpoche led more than 1000 disciples in reciting the Long Life Mantra for 24 hours consecutively in the Glorious Jewel Buddhist Center in Taipei on the Birthday of His Holiness, July 23, 2012. Offerings were made to show gratitude to His Holiness and to the lineage gurus of past generations for their compassionate protection and blessings. Prayers were raised that His Holiness the Drikung Kyabgon Chetsang would remain long and continue to spread the Dharma far and wide for the welfare of sentient beings.
For the Long Life Puja and Mandala Offering to His Holiness the Drikung Kyabgon Chetsang to be held in India, Rinchen Dorjee Rinpoche will not only specially lead more than 200 disciples of the Glorious Jewel Buddhist Center in participating the puja, but also to make offerings to His Holiness the Drikung Kyabgon Chetsang, which Rinchen Dorjee Rinpoche has prepared for many years. This signifies that Rinchen Dorjee Rinpoche spared no effort to promote the Drikung Kagyu Lineage and supported with reverence and gratitude the Dharma activities of His Holiness the Drikung Kyabgon Chetsang. We pray that His Holiness the Drikung Kyabgon Chetsang may have good health, keep turning the Dharma wheel, spread the Dharma teachings perfectly and that the flags of Drikung Kagyu Order fly in all five continents.
